Product Structure and Features

The wind turbine consist of wind wheel, generator set( generator and swivel), tower, controller and inverter.

●Wind wheel: 3 blades wheel, Laminar flow type, high lift-drag ratio, good performance. Reinforced glass fiber blades, strong toughness and perfect dynamic nature.

●Generator and swivel are designed in a complete body, a close compact structure which enhances toughness, reduce weight of the generator set, and thus make it rotate more easily and safely.

●Hub: It adopts integrated flange hub design, internal groove taper design, perfectly seamless matching with spindle, safe and reliable use.

●Controller : converts ac current produced by wind turbine to be dc current 

●Inverter：to covert dc power from controller to power for family loads

●Anemometer: it adopts a new ultrasonic anemometer with no mechanical friction loss. It has compact structure, low external influence and high reliability. It is used for accurate detection of real-time wind conditions

●Solar aviation indicator: no need to connect external power supply, saving installation space. The device is composed of silicon solar cell board and multi-layer LED light source.  

●Stainless steel ball lightning rod: SUS304 stainless steel as a whole, corrosion resistance, beautiful shape, simple structure and convenient installation. It can be used for direct lightning protection with wide protection angle and strong wind resistance.

●intelligent automatic fire extinguishing material sticker: This product is an innovative invention of the fire industry, which is a simple and highly reliable independent automatic fire extinguishing device. There is no need for any power supply, no special smoke and temperature sensor controller, no responsible equipment and pipelines, and only need to be pasted inside the equipment to accurately and effectively detect and extinguish the source of goods, and strangle the disaster in the initial stage. 

●automatic grease dispenser: replace the traditional manual grease filling steps for bearings, which are automatically controlled by the program to timely and accurately add grease to the bearing parts. 

●Intelligent mechanical brake system: this wind turbine adds a multi-functional intelligent mechanical brake system on the basis of the original electromagnetic brake to further ensure the safe and stable performance of the wind turbine in extreme adverse weather conditions. Specifically, the internal voltage, current, temperature and other data of the generator are collected by the sensor and controller in real time. When a certain index reaches the value set by the PLC of the fan, the fan will carry out the braking operation, and other braking devices such as drum brake, disc brake or centrifugal brake are used. At the same time, the electromagnetic brake is put into operation, and the double safety brake ensures the safety and stability of the wind turbine.
